Greetings from a new rooter in Greece . A good one from last month.  Age 30. Open apex with
periradicular lesion. GP cone fishing with Hfiles under the scope. Irrigation 4,8% NaOCl
+ ultrasonic irrigation (irrisafe),  Ca(OH)2 (ultracal)  for 15 days. Apical MTA plug + spongostan.
Back to the prosthodontist  for restoration with glass-fiber post and resin built-up. Reevaluation
after 6 months. Hope to avoid surgery. No symptons and lateral incisor vital.
