This is a tough upper molar from this week. Pulp chamber was severely calcified. Especially the Mb2 was not
so easy to find: it was located right next to the palatal canal, but joined the mb1 apically.
Vital case in 1 visit ;-) The 28 will be extracted, the 26 is scheduled for next year - Maarten
