Referring Dentist  started RCT on 2nd Molar and referred after he couldn't find all canals.
Pt CC was pain from interdental region  and first molar was TTP as well,
Bitewing revealed the problem with first molar. MB root has a lesion as well.

Management of bleeding and placed Cavit in the chamber after initial cleaning and did a pre-endo BU
with Core paste and sectional matrix. I like to Build proximal cavities with good contour to allow
healing of the perio tissue.

The case was tough for me as the access was limited, 25mm tooth despite occlusal reduction.
I picked up MB 2 towards the end while working with pre-curved handfiles as described by Terry.

Voids in the backfill and core BU was disappointing.  -  Venkat

Unless I have need glasses tell me which part has voids. The fills look world class to me,
and I am not flattering - Sanjay Jamdade
