At Roots Summit in Amsterdam I believe it was Julian Webber who used the term "Periodontitis of Endodontic Origin".
I agree with Dr. Webber that this terminology seems more accurate, and/or descriptive, than periradicular periodontitis.
If the PEO becomes chronic, an LEO can form adjacent to the POE. Savvy? - Kendel Garretson
