First session: Endodontic retreatment; Placement of calcium hidroxide in the perforation and protection with cavit; Correction of deviation in the mesial root with composite resin; Seal coronary with composite resin. Second session (after 48 hours): Removal of coltosol and calcium hydroxide; Sealing perforation with MTA and protection with cavit; Manufacture of core in the distal canal with composite; Manufacture of a build up with composite resin. The patient was referred for the indicator to manufacture a new full crown. - Patrick BaltieriExcellent work and documentation!
