Subject: [roots] Perf repair, 3 year follow-up
This tooth was a lost case, I thought...
However, this 70 year old patient wanted to give it a try. I gave him a poor prognosis,
given the fact that there was a through-and through furcation involvement, almost no tooth
structure left and a long standing perforation. Distal canal and perf were filled with MTA,
composite BU on top
After 3 years, it's still holding up, horizontal probing depth in furcation has been reduced
to 3 mm, peri-apical lesion has resolved completely - Marga
Beautiful Marga, great service for that patient. - Jorge Vera
Everything seems to work in your hands. ;)) - Jörg
Great herondontic case, Marga. It's not nice to say but i'd bet the tooth will survive
the patient... Bart
