Perio inflammation

What about this one?

Young healthy adult male, trauma history,  endo done in 2007, no symptoms,  normal perio findings,
bleeds on probing at all points,  normal mobility, normal probing depths.

His dentist wants to know if it’s ok to do a veneer on the tooth or if it should be extracted and an
implant placed.   Below is PA and CT I took a few minutes ago.

Any questions?  What would you do?  - Terry
