post and core, 4.5 year follow-up

Subject: [roots] post and core, 4.5 year follow-up

This tooth was retreated by me some years ago. The problem
with titanium posts is that they are sometimes difficult
to see on a rad, because the radiopacity of titanium and
gutta-percha is almost similar. I filled the mesial canals
with resilon, the distal with MTA, and placed a fiber post
in the latter. Again, it's hard to see the post in the
distal canal, MTA and the composite core and fiber post
used have the same radiopacity. We placed a crown after
finishing the endo, and today I saw her for the follow-up.
