I advised implant and the patient opted to just pay for the
endo/ post core and keep the same crown till it lasts...
he was tired of paying for implants..
who would have thought there was another canal in this? and
that's the reason why the tooth is symptomatic many years
after endo.
the arguments would be long/short, thin, fat, one visit two
visit...blah, blah blah...
between first and second visits, patient became asymptomatic..
These flexiposts are a bitch to remove. it broke twice with
the ruddle and ultrasonics didnt help either.
ultimatley the two split parts of the post separated from
each other and it came out. next time i will just drill the
post till isee the split and just separate the split.
any better ideas to remove the flexiposts? - Sashi

Another of the Shashi classics !
No I want to know if it's possible to find the second canal
without a scope... Excellent, - Thomas
P.S There is a double PDL but I would never guess there are
two canals here :-(
hi thomas, its possible, but its much more predictable
with the scope - Sashi
