Nicely done Liviu.  The screw expanders are they the Biohorizons ones?
Is that a 3.5 mm straight Biohorizon implant?

Sometimes in a very narrow ridge with low density bone I will put a mesio-distal
slice with the mectron, do the initial expansion with a D shaped osteotome,
then the 2 mm osteotome, then the screws to expand - Scott Davis
