I spent 90 minutes getting patent (or perfing) the buccal canal, dressed with tgpex. Discussed with patient prognosis guarded and restoratively challenged. 3 looks like it has an area discussed with patient will pass on findings to referring gdp - John VRestoring would be my main concern John - Gareth Hi Gareth, I have hinted at an implant but emphasized the need to stop smoking and address perio and parafunction problems (dont know if gdp has picked up on it) - john
