Referring doc called this #15, but it is really 16.  Almost missed the mb2. Had one more look and voila.
Had to be extra careful with the access approach being that the tooth already had been prepped for a crown
and there wasn't much room for error.  Post space given in p canal, backfilled with ultra-cal - Mark Dreyer
