Couple necrotic teeth finished today. It makes it quite economically advantageous doing two at a time like this. If there were enough of these coming in the door, we wouldn't have to worry about doing implants! Of course some would say that bicuspid probably should have been replaced with an implant. - Mark Dreyerp>

When do you decide to remove a crown? In this case the GP will have to remake one due to the open margins.- Tony

Tony, The patient knows the crown needs to be replaced. I like to leave crowns in place when possible to facilitate
isolation and to provide a reservoir for the irrigants. - Mark

Agree with you mark when its premolar/molar situation but I find they kill me when its molar/molar
