Subject: [roots] ces of yesterdag 16 6 canals
Man 41 years old, first molar opened by general dentist. Referred to me to do rct on the 16.
After cleaning the pulp chamber found DB, DB2 and MB, MB2 and a very small MB3, and palatinal canal.
DB and DB2 came together at the and of the rooth canal, the same as MB and MB2.
Filled the canals with obutura and on top of the GP is glassionomer cement and
filled the tooth with composite - - Rob Kroese
Rob very neat case , thanks for sharing. How do you feel about your length control on your canals.
To me they look a little short , but perhaps it is just my eyes.
That is one of the problems for me with the squirt technique is getting good fills consistently.
THere are some great "squirters" here on Roots but I am not one of them. - Glenn
Glenn, they look a bit short but with the apexlocator it seem to be right. Palatinal could be a bit
longer but the apex is not always on the bottom of the rooth. Thanks for the comment - Rob Kroese
