This morning, I extracted, removed the cystic tissue, and re-implanted the tooth. I'm not optimistic, but hopefully it will heal. - Mark Dreyer Mark, Did you do any root end preparation or fillings? It looks a little different than the pre-op.- Randy Hedrick Randy, I wacked off the root ends, and used the ultra-sonics a bit in the isthmuses. It looked pretty clean. (of course right? LOL) I didn't see a need to place a retrofill such as MTA. My local endodontist/surgeon/guru has seen this case and didn't think it was a good candidate for surgery. In fact he recommended the re-implantation here. - Mark Mark, Nice case here... How did you exactly extract that one so carefully? Multi-rooted teeth are cumbersome in that sense... Could you please write more on the rationale for this sort of treatment and prognosis...Dmitri
