Here is a previously treated case which still had some flesh left behind :)))
Difficult case.
Restricted mouth opening, inability to keep mouth open for long periods.
Very narrow canals, ledged previously
Severe re-curvature buccally in the mesials (not seen in radiograph)
3 visits of 1 hour each
In the end, the radiograph doesn't show how tough it was :-((( - Siju
