Glenn, Your case reminds me of this patient I was referred in 2007.  
4 dentists had tried to remove this stripped cover screw from this 
woman'ís implant.   Her restorative dentist finally sent her to me 
because I have a microscope, ultrasonics, and high tech microsurgical 
tools that they thought might save the day.

What saved the day was a $10 Sears Craftsman Screwdriver.   I went to 
my office tool chest, put the screw driver in cold sterile for 15 minutes 
and removed the cover screw in 30 seconds. JJJJJJ

Who needs high tech bullshit?  She thought the same thing when you look
