Incomplete crown root fracture

From: Terry Pannkuk To: roots Sent: Saturday, November 19, 2011 4:09 AM Subject: [roots] 1999 Recall: Resorption/Fracture This patient returned for an 11 year recall, There was a 4mm pocket initially at the mid-distal probing point related to an incomplete crown-root fracture. It now measures about 6mm with no symptoms. I attached a video capture of the CBCT slicing through areas of interest. You can see the radiolucency in the transverse slicing along the distal pocket area. No obvious PA radiolucencies. Succcess is perception. Hes very satisfied. Id call this conditional endodontic adequacy and part of the 70% streamed visible outcome. Comments welcome - Terry Recall resorption and fracture
