Subject: [roots] removal of 2 post and 2 separated instruments
I had a hard time on this one, in particular the removal of the distal post. In the first session, I removed the sep
fragment and the titanium post from the mesial canals, and I spent the whole second visit to remove the distal post and a
separated instrument from the distal root.
I finished the case in the third session. Placement of a fiber post in the distal canal with Build-it. I was not pleased
with the huge voids in the build-up, instead of the usual LuxaCore, I used Build-it, which sets fast, too fast in this
case................. I guess I do need some more practice with the use of Build-it - Marga
Awesome case, Marga. How did you manage to retrieve the separated files? DougR
Doug, The sep files were the easiest part of the treatment, I was able to remove them with US - Marga
