GP ASKED ME TO DO THIS RCT THROUGH THIS LEAKING CROWN (PATIENT IS 85 YEARS OLD, AND HE DIDNīT WANT TO MAKE
HER A NEW CROWN!?!?!?!? WHY!?!??! MAYBE SHE WILL BE IN THE SKY IN A FEW MONTHS, OR YEARS -LOL- ...
CANīT UNDERSTAND THIS POINT OF VIEW)
ANYWAY... THIS WAS A TERRIFIC 4 HOURS RCT. WEIRD ANATOMY, APICAL SPLIT. I MANAGED TO CONE FIT BOTH BIFURCATIONS.
6 MONTHS FOLLOW UP PATIENT IS ASYMPTOMATIC AND HEALING. PATIENT HAS BEEN SENT TO GP OFFICE FOR A NEW CROWN.
AWFULL AFTERNOON/EVENING I HAVE BROKEN TWO FILES... KIND REGARDS JAVIER!!
beautiful work the gp should understand principles of corornal leakage , beautiful endo needs to be
encased in a non leaking "endovacum" to keep the bugs out, he should be made to e-understand this,
terrific work - gurpreet
