Instrumentation technique: step-back with SS reamers& files Obturation: CWC(AH Plus&GP) - CamilCamil: There are several things I like about your cases. 1. Your documentation is great 2. Your attention to detail is wonderful. 3. You are pretty good with your caries removal on some darn tough cases. Some had a tiny bit of decay left on them (slight on slides 2, 9 and 34) but you have some darn tough cases in there. 4. You widen your preps and clean them out well...... you are obviously very talented. Tell me a little bit about your practice location and style. Good for you for sharing, I am impressed - Glenn Dear Glenn, Thank you very much for your kind words. I work in a referral based practice limited to endodontics in Timisoara, Romania, only 3 afternoons/ week because the rest of the time I spend at the Faculty of Dentisty (I am clinical instructor at the endodontic department). Regarding my cases: slide 2 - the cavity was very deep and the dark left dentin was hard (affected dentin) slide 8 - this tooth was prepared for a crown slide 18 - the brown color comes also from the staining with Viscostat Thank you again - Camil Superb efforts, Camil - Fred Wow, Camil, These are all great cases! - Marga Thank you very much Marga, Fred and Siju! We have an OPMI Pico (Zeiss) microscope and I use a compact camera (Canon A 520). The blue material is LC Block out resin (Ultradent) - - Camil
