Antonis Slight palpation (over fistula area) and very slight percussion sensitivity.- Terry How about the 3.7 (#18) ? Are there any symptoms with this tooth? What is the occlusal status? Occlusal trauma? - Bojidar No symptoms but multiple craze lines in #18 crown - Terry I really think this one is fractured and I have a feeling that cbct is going to follow verifying my original diagnosis. Probing depth, fistula in the cervical area and the radiographic image points towards VRF diagnosis - Chaniotis M.
