Here's a real straightforward one today.  Plenty of space, excellent healing, tapped the sinus 3mm,
buried it 3 1/2 mm subgingival,  I don't think you really need a CT generated precision guide for the
majority of single implant placements - Terry

And which system may that one be? A Zimmer? Is the implant about 10 mm long? - Sanjay Jamdade

NBC Replace Select 5.0 x 10mm.  I place what the referring dentist wants to restore. Many seem to request
NBC and I've placed the most of these - Terry

Better yet, why not place Niznick's Implant Direct NBC clone?
