Hi Guys,

I was planning this implant today and thought it is as always good idea to share.

Planing a 4.5X8 CX to open the discussion:

1- How far should I place it apart from the other implant, it is less than a year implant; I was thinking of about 4 mm??
2- Should I follow to a certain degree the angulation of the previous one?
3- Would you go for longer implant? I still have a good 2 mm to the IAN wall
