Sinus tract healing

From: Mark Dreyer To: ROOTS Sent: Thursday, March 03, 2005 9:27 PM Subject: [roots] Sinus tract healed This is one of my favorite things about doing a 2 visit case-the ability to see a sinus tract gone on the second visit. It’s like a mandated recall visit-in some small way making up for the issue of how hard it is to get patients back for the recall visits months after the case is finished. My least favorite thing about it is that it cuts my profit margin in half - Mark

Dear Mark, Nice documentation as always. On close examination of the radiographs... it seems that there are 3 roots? Any concerns? - Samir I thought so also, Samir, but could never find another canal. Fortunately, this particular referral source doesn't place posts, so if full healing doesn't progress, I'll go in and take another look - Mark Sounds good Mark. Any progress on the lower premolar with the 2 roots. Do keep us posted - Samir It is especially nice to see one on a strip perf heal after MTA treatment. :-) Guy
