I exposed the top 4-5 mm of the silver cone with ultrasonics with a lot of water (not to heat and fry the pdl) I selected a needle tube that fits the silver point and used dual cure composite to cement the tube over the silver point and after it set removed it. pt is seeing a student dentist for the post and core and crown - .. sashi nallapati
