Subject: [roots] a simple retreatment with a nice surprise:)
This was one of the cases I love doing under the scope - there was a clear lateral lesion and I scouted
for a lateral canal entrance - and there it was.
After apical placement of mta I placed some sealer with a k file and squirted - not the best rx look,
but I hope it will ok - Sergiu
Sergiu, Why didn’t you place the rc filling not a few mm above the lateral canal so that you are sure
that that is properly filled. Now there is a bit of filling in the lateral but not to much above it.
I think you wanted the length for the post but something shorter had be ok as well! - Rob Kroese
you are right all the way:(
i could have managed better the filling, but i can assure you that the gp plateau is over the lateral canal.
thank you for your input. - Sergiu
