It took me almost 90 minutes to get the anatomy in the second visit. The DB started from a small groove connected to the P. No canal where I had exspected the DB to be.There was also a fin from P to MB, but it ended as a dead end. No MB2. ( I wasn' t really disappointed about that!). The MB had a nice bend next to 90 degree. A lot of prebended handfiles and ProFile up to 25/04. But no patency After drying the canals I realised, that there was a small amount of liquid next to the P. I took a microopener and found a high lateral canal. Due to time reasons I only obturated the P, the lateral and the DB. In the next visit I removed the GP from the lateral canal and opened it a little more with US. After cupious irrigation I obturated the lateral and as I tried to explore the MB I separeted a steel-handfile( I had been too shure that this one has become a no-brainer) But as quick as it went in, the broken file came out with the help of my P5. Obturation of the MB and adhesive build-up. Although the prognosis of this tooth doesn't seem to be very well the patient decided after been informed about all the treatment options to give it a try.(there is no mobility!!) this tooth has been treated by another dentist with laser to "clean" the pocket for 2 years! - Critics wellcome.- Jörg Schröder , Berlin, GermanyIf I ever need endo I'm going to Berlin. Standing Ovation. Now I know you are truly crazy ;-)) Insane effort! - Kendel
