Two big buccal sinus tracts

From: craig barrington To: roots Sent: Thursday, February 16, 2012 9:50 PM Subject: [roots] an upper first molar ........cracked tooth through mb pulp horn. tooth went nonvital. patient presented with two big buccal sinus tracts. removed a huge alloy, traced the crack, accessed, started endo, caoh and provisional crown. return visit 2 weeks later, sinus tracts resolved, reaccessed through provisional, completed endo.. healing taking place and no catastrophic crack.................. so on to the permanent crown..... happy patient....happy dentist.... its better to have great situations than great things.......
