Treatment of 2 anterior teeth

However I have heard that superoxol, 30% H2O2 and high concentration ( 35% and above ) of sodium carbamide sold by various companies for in-office whitening has caused root resorption when utilized as internal bleaching. I have attached a case involving treatment of 2 anterior teeth.#8 received sodium perborate as a walking bleach to whiten it after the endodontic treatment was completed. The pictures show complete coverage of the coronal extension of gutta percha with a flowable composite before placing Na Perborate. hope this helps. - ahmad
