Subject: [roots] Post removal and 1 year follow-up
Tooth # 46, AP. Retreatment 1 year ago, post removal, distal canal filled with MTA, mesial canals with resilon.
Single visit with regards to the treatment of the mesial canals. In the second session: placement of a fiber post in
the distal canal and a composite build-up. Crown was placed after finishing the endo.
Today I did the 1 year follow-up, last 2 rads show healing.
These follow-ups make my day, it is always a tense moment to see the follow-up rads popping up the monitor, and almost
kind of a relieve if everything is going well. - Marga
Lovely result Marga - I love the MTA! - Simon
Awesome documentation and wonderful result......a STANDING CLAP CLAP CLAP
Why the MTA in the distal Marga. I am so surprised that the 2nd molar
is still vital when I saw the decay I thought.......another endo for
that tooth.
Great post op and absolutely first class documentation and result. - Glenn
Thanks Glenn for the kind words.
I used MTA in the distal because the foramen was a size # 90 upon gauging
with LS. - Marga
