From: Fred Barnett To: ROOTS Sent: Monday, August 06, 2007 7:12 AM Subject: [roots] My morning decompression I prepared this tube from some of the surgical tubing we typically use for IV and implant setups. I then put some pinholes to put the sutures through. The rest is in the documentation. Three months of CaOH showed no decrease in size, granted a great deal washed out, I was going to just replace the CaOH, but then our patients get so easily lost. By the way he returned after 3 months not to follow up for the original chief complaint of #8 (He missed all those apts). I caught up with him because of an irrev. pulp on 13. The indication for the surgery was the size of the lesion which as my 4 molt showed- was formiddable. He was sent home with some 3 ML syringed with a purple tip that fits into the lesion (not pictured), ABX, and a FU next week. - Fred Barnett |
