A similar case of mine but the curve on both of the roots not as severe as in yours...found in my archive.
A RCT done a couple of years ago. Also a lot of precurved hand files and some NiTi to finish up. Sorry for
the quality of the images. I know i should really do something about it, maybe it is time to change my RVG sensor...
