This guy has teeth with wide open apices. I've treated several and they have all required MTA obturation.
#14 was one of my first MTA obturation cases (1999)   #15 was treated in 2003, and I treated #13 today.

Of course it follows that he doesn't have much hair,Testosterone related male pattern hair and apex loss?:):):) - Terry
