Subject: [implants] Sinus lift theme goes on... and on

Now, while waiting till the Ankylos list is up and running... and i'm on the list,
i'd send this case to "implants" list :-)

The case is from last week...
Referral asked for two or three implants on my judgement. No wax-up, no stent...
just my judgement. Well, even the best of my judgement can mistake :-)

I miscalculated the most distal osteotomy and had to refrain from the middle
implant placement. Yes, pano tries to tell the implant hit the tooth,
but really it is not the case...

Some say i do way too small lateral door to the sinus and basically it is
not possible to lift the membrane through that hole :-) Well, it is the same
discussion as with endo access I guess :-)

My fire retardant suite is on... i'm ready :-) - Dmitri

Dmitri, beautiful case, I do not see anything wrong with the size of the lateral window you do, may be because I am an endodontist?!!! That is the same size window I use for my lateral approach, so far without a problem. Nice to have you posting cases - Jose
