Dr Ulaganathan graduated from the Madras University in 1985, doing his private practice for the past 16 years and specially trained in Oral surgical procedures, Orthodontics, Ceramic denture works, Root Canal Treatment and Light cure denture works. Presently the Treasurer, IDA Madurai Branch and the representative to the IDA State executive committee.
