Wierd upper 2nd molar

From: "Geoff Hill" To: "roots" Sent: Friday, November 25, 2011 7:20 AM Subject: [roots] Wierd upper 2nd molar Thought I'd post this one: a strange upper second molar. Tooth was non-vital, and appeared to have had a previous pulp cap. Found 2 canals easily but noticed/ felt a split in the buccal canal after instrumenting the main canal. Was able to see to the top of the split when the canal was dried. I was happy with the look of the final films but have a nagging feeling I've missed something more distal... couldn't see or feel anything though. thoughts? Wierd upper 2nd molar
