Subject: [roots] Another Diseased White Line Puzzle

Here’s another case I was referred today.   Patient was on vacation, had an abscess,
a gp performed endo (actually in two-steps, but the steps were only 4 days apart so
it was packed dirty).  It’s a small wonder that 1 month later after the treatment he still
has a parulis.

Looks good on the radiograph though!

What do you think I plan to do? -  Terry
