Thanks to Ebay i bought a cheap Xenon light source Acuity 300 w dual xenon and a zeiss light cable 87 inch

The final price , including shipping to Romania and Customs was less than 1000$
Zeiss Romania offered me this price 4500 Euros(Approx 6000$)

I think you could mount xenon on every type of microscope

It is important to measure the outer diameter of the light cable- in my case was 7 mm
and when i bought the light source ( from hhsurg user) i asked if there is any 7mm hole on turret:) It was - Sergiu

Sergiu, Where do you put the light source? Is it a stand alone.

Yes i have 2 light cables, i can switch between those two whenever i want( some duck tape solved id:)
